  • Excellent cosmetic condition: no visible wear or damage.
  • Fully functional: no operational issues.
  • Clean device: no spots, marks, or burn-in.
  • Genuine components: original screen and battery.
  • Battery health: at least 90% capacity.
  • Unlocked and clear: no carrier restrictions or financial obligations.

Fair
  • Condition: Good condition with minor wear.
  • Functionality: Fully functional, no defects or non-functioning parts.
  • Screen: No cracks or chips.
  • Battery: 80%+ battery health, no Service alert.
  • Status: Unlocked, carrier-free, no financial obligations.
  • Display: No spots, marks, or burn-in.
  • Metal Frames: No stains or discoloration on metal frames.

Damaged
  • Cracked glass: Front or back, but LCD must function.
  • Battery: Bad health (below 80%) or service needed.
  • Non-working components: Camera, speaker, mics, etc.
  • Staining/discoloration: Metal.
  • Excessive wear: Scuffs covering most of the device.
  • LCD/touch screen: Must be fully functional.

Broken
  • Non-functional biometrics: Face ID, fingerprint sensor, or other biometric features.
  • Water damage: Liquid damage present.
  • Power issues: Doesn't power on or doesn't power up completely.
  • Hardware faults: Faulty chip/motherboard or device that doesn't boot properly.
  • Locked devices: Additional deductions may apply.
  • Lost or stolen: We don't buy reported lost or stolen devices.
  • Screen issues: LCD or touch screen not fully functional.
  • Damaged devices: We don't buy devices that are too damaged to be tested.
